  5. GRANT. Licensor grants you a non-exclusive license to 
  6. use the Software free of charge 30 times!

  8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
  9. Catalog 1.0 is provided AS IS without any warranty, 
  10. express or implied. In no event will Eugene Khmelevsky 
  11. be liable to you for any damages, including any lost 
  12. profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential 
  13. damages arising out of your use or inability to use the 
  14. program, or for any claim by any other party.

  16. GRANT. Subject to payment of applicable license fees, 
  17. Licensor grants to you a non-exclusive license to use 
  18. the Software and accompanying documentation.

  20. SCOPE OF GRANT.

  23.  * use the Software on any single computer;
  24.  * use the Software on a network, provided that each person accessing the Software through the network must have a copy licensed to that person; 
  25.  * use the Software on a second computer so long as only one copy is used at a time;
  26.  * copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy must contain all of the original Software's proprietary notices;

  29.  * permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above;
  30.  * permit concurrent use of the Software;
  31.  * modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Catalog 1.0;

  33.  * rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
  34.  * remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

  36. TITLE. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property 
  37. rights in the Software shall remain in Licensor. 
  38. The Software is protected by the copyright laws and 
  39. treaties. Title and related rights in the content 
  40. accessed through the Software is the property of the 
  41. applicable content owner and may be protected by 
  42. applicable law. This License gives you no rights to 
  43. such content.

  45. TERMINATION.  The license will terminate automatically 
  46. if you fail to comply with the limitations described 
  47. herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of 
  48. the Software and Documentation.
